Self-Care: Key Ideas to a Balanced Life

What is the meaning of living a balanced life anyway? For me, I feel as though we all have an idea of what our life will look like. In the same process of making plans, and determining our next steps, and chasing after our definition of balance, ultimately a few core ideas stick out to me in all this. In my life I found that being balanced for me will mean a collaboration of my faith and spirituality, mental, emotional, and physical. In other words, a combination of Body, Mind and Spirit. Each of these can break down into numerous little things that can be implemented into our lives to achieve the given outcome. I believe each of us has the power develop our own road map to create the life we imagine. The best part of this is that our personal choices, authenticity, self-awareness and experiences help point us in the right direction.
Here are a few examples of a few of my favorite self-care ideas that I have implemented to help keep me balanced and over all given me a greater sense of myself worth and value. You deserve to love on yourself too.
